Hello there!  My name is Nitika Chopra (no relation to our spiritual home boy Deepak Chopra) and I am the Founding Editor-In-Chief of this on-line magazine.  I am so thrilled that you have decided to check out the content here at YourBellaLife.com and to ensure you get the most out of the site, let me fill you in on a few things.  I started this website in March 2010 with absolutely no idea of how to build a site but a big desire to help others.  Growing up in an uber traditional Indian home with not a traditional bone in my body was incredibly challenging, but combining that with a debilitating skin condition that covered my body from head-to-toe for 15 years, as well as a painful divorce in my early twenties, there were several times in my life where I thought I would just never be able to pick myself up again.  So how did I go from that girl to the woman you see here smiling?  I found a spiritual voice within myself.  When my health seemed as though it would never heal, when the kids in school would not stop teasing me and even when my heart split open as my marriage ended, I always had my faith to lean on and embrace.  Realizing that we are all different in the way we choose to have faith and in the way we live our lives, I became passionate about the power in small steps and infusing every day activities with spirit and possibility.  That’s how and why Bella Life was born.  This site is for all of you beautiful beings out there who have struggles, for anyone who deals with physical or mental suffering, and for the reader who just wants to be surrounded by positivity in a world that can seem negative at times.  Read the articles on Bella Life and allow yourself to learn, grow and explore with our incredible contributors.  This site is for YOU so enjoy it and be sure to have a colorful day.
