As someone that has experienced ups + downs with self-love + confidence Ashley Taylor has done a complete 180 with her life. Coming from a corporate background, Ashley has decided to pursue her dream and destiny of helping to empower women in gaining confidence from the inside + out.

This one woman powerhouse has acquired her MBA in eMarketing and is ready to take the world by storm. She is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioner, and she graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (INN) in January 2012.

She holds vast knowledge when it comes to web design and email marketing. Currently as a Healthy LifeStylist, she is focusing on making you look and feel fabulous in all facets of your life. Through one on one and group work, Ashley incorporates fashion, relationships (self-included), a holistic approach to food + well-being, along with maintaining a sustainable eco-friendly lifestyle all to build your confidence. While on a wellness retreat in New Mexico, she became Reiki Level 1 certified and is very pleased to incorporate this into her business come 2012!

She also acts as Nitika’s right hand woman as Social Media Queen + Expansion Enthusiast for Your Bella Life. Ashley is a member of the Chicago Chapter at U.S. Green Building Council and likes to think she is the sparkle in the concrete jungle!
