I am a born-and-raised Jersey girl, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a mentor, a lover, a student of life, a speaker, a leader, a teacher, and of course, a beach lover. I am spiritual, passionate, determined, dedicated, inspiring, silly, loud, and wild (at times). I am a successful entrepreneur, an iPEC trained empowerment life coach, an Arbonne consultant, and a student of self-development. I love surrounding myself with positive, powerful, inspirational, and talented people.

I graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Logistics and have had corporate jobs within the investment banking, finance, and fashion industries. While gaining tremendous knowledge and skills in each position and making a great income, I was not fulfilled, happy, or at peace. I was the exact opposite. On paper I had a great career, but I was miserable, stressed out, over-worked, over-whelmed, in debt, and acquired a skin disorder (psoriasis) which spread to (psoriatic) arthritis. I partied a little too much, and I was continuously grasping and reaching for external accomplishments and material items to fill the void within me and make me feel better (whether it be the hottest pair of shoes, the clothes, the luxury car, the man, the job, the money, or the next best party or club to go to). However, none of this ever made me truly happy so the chase would continue. I literally felt like my life had no true purpose. The passion was nowhere to be seen. I knew I needed a change. In my mind, there had to be a better way to live life.

So for the next couple of years I stopped the madness, and I choose to surrender. I started to do a lot of work on rebuilding my internal self, the work that was necessary in order for me to transform my world and to start really enjoying life. I discovered the self-development arena and became fiercely passionate about finding my passion. I read a lot of books, started to journal, attended many retreats, seminars and conferences, listened to tele-conferences, hired coaches, started meditating and doing yoga, and made a consistent effort to move into the next stage of my life with consciousness and authenticity.
