Charm is a very subtle quality, one that is not often emphasized or seen in the West as compared to Eastern traditions. In ancient times, women radiated charm and grace because they were so connected to their feminine life force.

Often times we think that passion is something that arises only when we have sex or is something to seek externally and outside of our self. But this is very far from reality. As women, we contain boundless amounts of passion within our own bodies.
This passion is the wellspring, or source that can be directed to any part of our life; business, relationships, creativity, health, our self-esteem and spiritual development.

Communication is such a big part of our life. We communicate in every moment, though we might not be aware of it. Most of us are accustomed to think of communication as verbal. I know this is what I was taught through my education and upbringing. Even more so, this verbal communication was taught to be very linear, rational and logical.

What does beauty mean to you? It is a powerful question, a question that one of my teachers asked me recently. I had to really think about this one, and I am still thinking about it.
I realized that my conception and standard of beauty was quite narrow, narrow in the sense that it fit into a box or standards that I have fed into by society. Because in reality, beauty is not narrow at all, beauty does not fit nor come in a box.
