Next time, offer to bring a fabulous (and super easy) gluten free/dairy free treat and you’ll be the rockstar of the dessert table!
Frozen Chocolate Mud Pie
Sometimes only chocolate will satisfy and this super easy gluten free/dairy free Frozen Chocolate Mud Pie recipe triple delivers. Big time. No joke.
Ingredients:
1 package (7 cookies) Glow Gluten Free Double Chocolate Cookies
2 pints of gluten free/dairy free chocolate ice cream softened at room temp
(We used Luna & Larry’s Coconut Bliss Dark Chocolate)
¾ cup of gluten free/dairy free chocolate sauce
(We used Ah! Alaska Chocolate Syrup)
Instructions:
1. Line a pie dish with 1 box of Double Chocolate Cookies
2. Top the cookie crust with 2 pints of ice cream spread evenly with a spatula
3. Add a top layer of chocolate sauce
4. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight
5. Let the pie soften in the fridge for 15-30 minutes before serving and enjoy!
