We love everything pink and anything chocolate, so when we combined two of our favorite gluten-free treats to make this choco-minty dessert we knew we had a winner! These Double Chocolate Peppermint Smores are cute enough to serve at a Sweet Sixteen party, romantic enough for a Valentine’s Day celebration and rugged enough for a campfire snack in the woods.
Gourmet Gluten Free Smores
Here’s a fun and choco-minty twist on the tried and true classic.
What You’ll Need
1 Bag of Pink Peppi-Mint Plush Puffs
1. Place 4 Peppi-Mint Plush Puffs marshmallows on the flat part of a Double Chocolate Glow Gluten Free Cookie.
2. Place in the microwave for 3 seconds.
3. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top of the semi-melted marshmallows.
4. Top with a second Double Chocolate Cookie and add slight pressure.
5. Enjoy warm!
