I like the practice of cutting back on negative thoughts and instead being thankful for what we may be complaining about. These past few months I have been getting irritable about the fact that I don’t have a large enough nursery for my son; his toys are all over the place. But after the video, each time I trip over a toy and get irritated, I turn around and be grateful for being a home-owner instead! It has helped.
