Simple & Healthy Kale Chips

Editors Note: I recently had a breakthrough in the area of cooking.  I realized that it doesn’t mean I have to prepare a five-course meal fit for a queen, but simple snacks and quick meals are just as important to make with love.  This delicious snack is a great example of how one simple step in a healthier direction can take you to where you want to be faster than you can imagine. Give it a try, what have you got to loose? ~Nitika~

Are you a potato chip lover? Try eating kale chips instead. They are just as tasty, salty and great for a snack. It’ll take you 15 minutes to make them and they’ll be gone before you know it!

Kale Chips

Kale

Olive oil

Sea salt

Directions: Set the stove to 325 degrees. Wash and tear off chip-sized pieces of Kale. Coat each piece with olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt. Place them spaced out on a tray and put into the oven. It’ll take about 8-12 minutes to be done depending upon how crunchy you like your chips.

That sounds delicious! What a great alternative. I’m known for snacking on seaweed and this sounds right up my alley!
